Luxury apartments are situated on island of Pag in the charming village of Povljana in the peaceful area of preserved nature, within easy reach of the many cultural and historic attractions in the area.

The building program provides a division of global intervention into three lots, with delivery deadline for the summer of 2011 , summer of 2012 and summer of 2013. Work has started for the building of the first four units; the work for the second group of four buildings is expected to start during the month of September 2010.

The interventionaims at a use which is particularly attentive and interested in the relationship with the environment and the nature, which appear here yet unspoiled and extremely interesting and attractive.
It is proposed the idea of a "Mediterranean village ", surrounded by dry stone walls, typical elements of the local environment. The houses will be "set" in the natural landscape, with strong differentiation from what it is offered by the traditional market, but with great attention paid to the use of materials and colors characteristic to the place and significant presence of green in the original local essences.

The housing units will have a dimension from 40 m2 to 95 m2 and will be developed on three floors. All housing units will be equipped with uncovered parking place or covered parking place in the basement.
The housing units will have gardens on the ground floor, first floor balconies and large terraces on the second floor (attic). All units will have sea view.

All housing units will have high quality finishes, with special focus on aspects related to eco -friendly aspects, energy saving and sound insulation between various units. All housing units are designed with distribution according to criteria of maximum rationality regarding the use of space, providing comfort and flexibility. All units will be completely autonomous, with no additional building service charges, except to custody service, standing guard and maintenance of common parts (paths and green). And accommodation for a custodian / maintenance person is provided.

All units will be sold fully furnished and equipped with major appliances, with complete and quality equipment for any environment and with the possibility of catalog purchase of all optional objects for complementary furnishing. The entire village will be closed to traffic, with cars located on the perimeter and underground paths and traffic opportunities only for the safety and service means.

The company has also been awarded a multi-year grant of a portion of the coast below, where, by the summer of 2011, a " beach " equipped with bathing equipment (booths, dressing rooms, lockers, showers, sunbathing platforms) hospitality equipment (restaurant and bar with stores and services) and sailing equipment (mobile dock for mooring boats) will be implemented. This beach, although open to all, will be especially available to users of the village, as it is within walking distance of 50 meters. This is further and special equipment that adds high-quality and attractiveness to the intervention.

It is considered that the tourist proposal in Povljana is very particular, for the quality and attention paid to the environment, it is different from the offers of "tourist villages" offered by large international structures, based on a model of standardized tourism, and also from what it is offered by the traditional local market.

About island of Pag :

The island of Pag is one of the biggest Adriatic islands. Its 270 kilometres of the indented coastline make it the island with the longest coastline on the Adriatic, rich with coves, bays, beaches and capes.

Pag is unique due to its vegetation where trees are the most rare form. Therefore, Pag is the largest kingdom of rocky ground on the Adriatic, where thin grass, low aromatic herb cover, sage and immortelle grow. They make the foundation of the nourishment of the island's sheep on the rocky ground, intersected by long dry stonewalls, giving a special flavour to the well known CHEESE of PAG.

The characteristic relief of the island of Pag is shaped by the low shore area which spreads from the bay of Košljun further to the northwest, up to the cove and port Proboj, and to the southeast up to the cove and port of Povljana. The inhabitants of Povljana were the last on the island that engaged in tourism. The vast area of the village is covered with rich vineyards.

The island of Pag offers unusual shapes, wild exoticism, gentle oasis, hiking trails. You can experience an unforgettable adventure away from the throng, in a particular world of the rocks and the sea.
