Villa Aroma is a stone built holiday house with swimming pool and magnificent view over the Istrian countryside. It is situated in quiet village Kaldir near town Motovun known for its summer film festival. There are about 30 min drive to the closest beaches on the coast and about 45 min drive to the golf course. Built in 2009, the villa holds a traditional style and modern facilities.

Villa can accommodate up to 6 persons (max. 8 ).

On the ground floor you can find open plan living room, toilet, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with full width French windows overlooking the pool terrace and neighbouring wine yards. There's TV, DVD and music system as well as an open fireplace in living room ideal for autumn and winter evenings indoors.
This holiday home has three double bedrooms for 6 people. The master bedroom on the first floor has ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate entrance. Other two bedrooms are located on the mezzanine floor and both have double bed and ensuite bathroom. Additionally, two persons can sleep on the living room's sofa. There is a private parking spot for two cars at the villa.
