This traditional stone house from the 19th century was completely renovated into a comfortable villa with a pool. It has original charm and modern living standards. The villa is located on the west coast of island of Brač in the village Mirca, 800m. away from the beach.

Villa can accommodate 6 persons (max. 8 persons).

Villa has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, about 130 m2 of the interior, a roofed sitting area, a garden and a covered parking place. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor, besides the living room with TV and a fireplace, there is a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a big bathroom, additional toilet and one more bathroom. There is an exit from the master bedroom to the small romantic back garden with a terrace.

Features: private parking, swimming pool with a hydro massage bench, barbeque, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, oven with grill, gas cooker and ceramic hob, TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, garden furniture.

Villa is located in the village of Mirca ( island of Brac ).

Exterior:

There is a swimming pool with a hydro massage bench and a garden. A wooden sun deck is by the pool, and underneath, on the street level, is the parking place. There is a charming outside dining area with a grill, covered with the authentic stone roof, which is traditional in old Dalmatian rural architecture.

Final cleaning, heating, air-conditioning, bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.

Security deposit of 300 Euro is collected at the arrival. The amount is returned at check out, after the inspection of the villa. In case of damages or breakages in the villa caused by the guests, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

Extra services (not included in the price):

If you wish to make your holiday more active, the owner will help you. He can book excursions for you, or rent-a-car, bike or a boat, can arrange a wind surfing school, or a panoramic flight over the island.
Near the villa there are some excellent walking and biking routs.
The old roads leading towards the next town of Sutivan and Supetar are passing by the sea and through the pine woods, and are now used by locals and tourists for recreation: walking, running, biking.
The old part of Mirca is the starting point of walking routs Olive grove treks, which go through olive grove fields and Karst scenery. There is also a small Olive oil museum in old local olive oil factory.

MINI-BAR -Villa is equipped with a mini-bar with a selection of
Croatian white and red wines, some beers and soft drinks. There is a price list on the mini-bar and you make a note what is consumed on the drinks tab which is settled in cash weekly. We refill the mini-bar regularly and we can change the content of it according to your preferences.

BABY-SITTING -Evening baby sitting or daily up to 8 hours is also available on request.

Surroundings:

Near the villa there are some excellent walking and biking routs.
In the town of Supetar, 3 km from Mirca, you can find sports facilities, shops, bars, night bars, a cinema, art gallery and a library.
The next bigger town with a variety of shops and entertainment is Bol.

Note:

On the island there is also a small international airport for charters and private planes, and once a week there is a regular line connecting the island with Zagreb (please check with the Croatian airlines). The Brac airport is closed during winter period. The nearest bigger airport is Split airport, which is connected regularly with most of major cities in Europe.
Supetar is the port for ferries connecting the island Brac with Split. The ferries go quite often, especially during summer, and the journey takes 50 minutes.
