ON THE FIRST FLOOR there are 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom with shower, drinks kitchen with stone sink and counter top, sizable living room with stone fireplace, dining area with table for 8 to 10, balcony with sea view and floor-to-ceiling french doors with elvated view of Duboka Bay.
LOFT - there is a large open-plan suite, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, sitting room with sofa bed, large picture windows with spectacular view of Duboka Bay and islands.

Boat and skipper are available for an additional charge, including safety equipment. Fuel is extra. The boat is a 25 foot (7+ meter) RIB with 200 HP engine, very new condition with capacity of 10. Alternative boats can also be chartered upon request.
