House 1: kitchen with dining area, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and exit to terrace.
House 2: kitchen with dining area, 1 twin bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom and exit to terrace and pool.
House 3: kitchen with dining area, 1 double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom and exit to terrace and pool.

Features: private parking, pool (7 X 3,5 m), barbeque, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, a movable air-conditioning, coffee maker, electric grill, stove,TV, garden furniture.

Note: There is also another separate house called KONOBA (40 square meters) offers the guests a lounge with SAT TV, a bar, a computer, a music area and an open fireplace, where they can socialize.

Villa is located in the village of Talez (island of Vis).

There is a big garden (13 000 m2), swimming pool (7m x 3,5m), sun deck, amazing sea and hillside views. There is a variety of relaxing zones.

A daily delivery of fresh bread, fruits, vegetables and other provisions, as well as doing the laundry.

Surroundings:

500 metres from the villa there are restaurants serving local cuisine, where you can make reservations for lunch or dinner. On the way to the village Rukavac there is an excellent restaurant called "Ferol", and in Rukavac there is a restaurant next to the sea called "Dalmatino".

In the town of Vis there are more well-known restaurants like "Morski Val", "Vatrica", as well as "Villa Kaliopa" with its wonderful and unique atmosphere and a park of palm trees.

During the summer Vis abounds in cultural events such as concerts, theatrical performances and regattas. A part of the tourist offer are also excursions around the island and trips to coves Stiniva, Stonèica Srebrna, Rukavac.There are regular excursions to "Modra ¹pilja" on the island of Bi¹evo, as well as short trips to the islands of Sveti Andrija and Brusnik. Komi¾a is a town-museum due to its position and the preserved unity of the old settlement. It has also lots of restaurants and places to go out. Some of the restaurants are "Bako", "Nono", "Jasto¾era", "Modra spilja", etc.

Note:

The nearest bigger airport is Split airport, which is connected regularly with most of major cities in Europe.
Town of Vis is the port for ferries connecting the island of Vis with Split. The journey takes about 2-3 hours (please check with the Jadrolinija - www.jadrolinija.hr).
