Villa consists of 2 luxurious apartments with private entrances, private terraces. Each appartment has 150m2 and offers maximum privacy.
APARTMANT A is on the ground floor and consists of 3 double rooms (one with en-suite bathroom), 1 large living room with a dining-room area, a kitchen, 2 additional bathrooms and 1 large terrace with the sea view, 2 additional beds.
APARTMENT B is on the first floor and consists of 3 double rooms, one living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining-room area and large private terraces, 4 additional beds.

Villa is situated in the town of HVAR ( Island of Hvar ), only 15 minutes walk to the centre of town of Hvar  where the cosmopolitan atmosphere is a buzz of life from people all over the world.

There is a big exotic garden with a private swimming pool with hammocks, deck-chairs, coffee tables, a sun deck and a ping-pong table. There is a summer kitchen with outdoor sitting area, outdoor grill and oven.

Surroundings:

Hvar is one of the most famous summer resorts on the Adriatic.
This beautiful island is known to have the most hours on sunlight during the day than any other location on the Mediterranean.

Town of Hvar offers restaurants with  local seafood specialties, caffes, bars and nightclubs. Hvar is famous for its nightlife.  You can spend the day at the  famous Hvar beach called Pokojni Dol. It is only a couple of hundred meters away and it is ideal for children.

You can visit Palmi¾ana and can dine in either of the two excellent restaurants where  traditional, Mediterranean food is served. Here you can visit the Museum of Amphoras , the art shop, or experience the Palmi¾ana beaches. Here guests can also rent small boats, as well as kayaks, to explore the bays of the archipelago.

Note:

Distance from Split airport approx. 2-3 hours including ferry crossing. Split airport is connected regularly with most of major cities in Europe.
Starigrad is the port for ferries connecting the island of Hvar with Split. The ferries go quite often, especially during summer, and the journey takes about 2 hours (please check with the Jadrolinija - www.jadrolinija.hr).
