House Tara makes part of the property of Villa Tara. When renting just this part of the Villa, there will be no other guests on the property.There will be only the owner that will stay in the separate part of the house discretly taking care of pool and garden that are exclusively for guests.The price includes the use of garden and swimming pool. The whole property is located on a cape, between two bays and surrounded by sea on three sides and has amazing unique views of the bay.

House has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is the spacious air-conditioned living/dining area with fire place. Large windows and glass doors provide splendid sea views and access to the covered terrace and garden area.
The wooden staircase leads up from the living area to the big gallery which overlooks the living/dining room below. There is an extendable sleeping-couch for 2 persons (for kids).

Extra services (not included in the price):

The owner has two private yachts and even a captain and it is possible to arrange day trips to the nearest islands.
The owner can organize car, scooter or boat rental.

Surroundings:

Only 300 m. away from the villa there is the center of the village Bobovisca. Here you will find a grocery store, restaurants. Beach is 50m far away from the villa.
The next bigger town with a variety of shops and entertainment is Mirca, approximately 7 km. away, town of Supetar about 10 km.

Note:

On the island there is also a small international airport for charters and private planes, and once a week there is a regular line connecting the island with Zagreb (please check with the Croatian airlines). The Brac airport is closed during winter period. The nearest bigger airport is Split airport, which is connected regularly with most of major cities in Europe.
Supetar is the port for ferries connecting the island Brac with Split. The ferries go quite often, especially during summer, and the journey takes 50 minutes.
