Utilities are included for water, gas and electricity up to 300 kw.  There is a nominal fee for usage over 300 kw.
(300kw is ample for normal electrical consumption, including conscientious use of air conditioning).

A mandatory cleaning fee, of €150.00 per week is payable locally.  The service includes mid-week cleaning and towel change, Saturday cleaning (including bedding and towel changes) and final cleaning.

FOOD AND HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES
The villa is stocked with all the basic needs for guests, including kitchen herbs and spices and small amounts of conveniences such as flour, sugar, tea, toilet paper, bath amenities, etc.  In addition, the owners offer a food hamper service on request to fully stock the villa for guest preferences prior to arrival.

TOWELS AND LINENS
One set of high quality bath and bed linen per person is included in the weekly rental cost.  Additional towels and linens are available upon request.

ON-REQUEST SERVICES
Villa Tempera provides a variety of bespoke services for the convenience and personal preferences of guests.  Additional maid service, cook service, baby sitting, personal laundry service  and concierge service is available upon request. These may be arranged at least 60 days in advance of arrival.

Nearby beaches:  Sandy Beach in Milna Bay is a 5 to 10 minute walk from house.  Zaglav Bay and Stonica Bay sandy beaches are both just a short walk.  Stoncica Bay also has a restaurant.  The property overlooks its own semi-private beach with stair access from the garden, less than 10 meters from house.

Nearby Restaurants:  Several excellent local restaurants are within a short distance of the property in Podstrazje (2kms), Rukavac (3kms) and Stoncica Bay (1km) and local Trattoria on Zaglav sandy beach (2kms), nearest town:  VIS (9 km), nearest Airport: Split plus 2 hour ferry crossing.
